At Fenix Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original garment tags and protective packaging are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
